Leased units can be purchased prior to lease expiration or the unit can be held until the lease expires with a $5000.00 down payment. The model unit is located on the second level facing east with a garden view.this unit includes all options except for dishwasher and garage. The unit is priced at $223,550.00 (base price $218,900.00, options, $4,650.00). The furniture (only) can be purchased with the unit for $19,500.00 including window coverings, but not including the decorative accessories. The base price is eligible for the 10% discount for a cash sale. The developer will completely clean, paint and recondition the unit and provide a one year warranty.

This unit is on the groud level and faces west, with a large private patio. This unit includes optional laundry area cabinets, washer and dryer and is priced at $217,900.00, a savings of $1,600.00.

Furniture package
The model unit furniture package may be purchased for $18,600.00, not including the window coverings or decorative accessories. The Developer will move and setup the package in any unit a buyer may choose. The furniture package is not eligible for financing.

Rentals
Occasionally the Developer has units available for long term rentals (minimum one year). The units are unfurnished, but come with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Washers and dryers are available at additional cost. The base rent is $10,000 pesos per month plus iva. The renters must also pay the owners association dues. A damage deposit equal to one months rent is required. Renters are not allowed to have pets.
