Las Ventanas was developed by Jack Cooper, an architect by trade, who hails from the Lake of the Ozarks area in Central Missouri. Over the past 25 years Jack has completed 7 projects in Missouri as well as projects in Playa Barquette, Panama and Cozumel, Mexico representing some 1000 Units.

Las Ventanas has been designed and built to exacting standards and all our documents, permits, licenses, and approvals have been obtained and Units can be closed and deeds transferred in a matter of days. Jack’s first project in Cozumel, Condominio Las Brisas del Caribe an eight story high rise in the North Hotel Zone is infamous for withstanding hurricane “Wilma” with damages so insignificant that the Building was never out of service.
